Estithmar Holding has announced the signing of an MoU with the Directorate of Health and Population of Algeria to establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed capacity medical facility, in Algiers through a partnership with Elegancia Healthcare. 

This comes after the directives of the leaders of Qatar and Algeria to enrich relations between the countries and enhance the development of the healthcare sector in Algeria under Estithmar’s strategic planning in market expansion.

The MoU was signed by Lehalali Lehalali, Director of Health and Population of Algeria, and Mohamed Moataz Al Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding. 

Al-Khayyat said, "To reflect the depth of the relationship between the two countries and based on our international expansion strategy, Elegancia Healthcare will establish the Qatari-Algerian Hospital, a 400-bed medical facility in Algiers."
