Introduced in 2025, the initiative establishes a clear behavioral standard: every employee, at every level, is expected to close the gap between decision and action. It is grounded in the belief that success loves speed, and that the organisations which move with urgency are those that consistently turn ambition into reality.
What It Means
At its core, Do It Now reflects a conviction about how Estithmar Holding should operate. It asks employees to resolve bottlenecks before they escalate, simplify what slows the organisation down, and treat execution as a collective responsibility. The motto applies equally to a frontline team member addressing a service gap and to a senior leader making a strategic call. It is not a directive about pace for its own sake it is a commitment to decisiveness, to reducing drift between intention and delivery, and to building a culture in which speed and quality reinforce each other rather than compete.

Do It Now is embedded in how Estithmar Holding recognises and develops its people with formal mechanisms to put names and faces to the behaviours the organisation is building.
The D.I.N. Badge
Introduced within SAP SuccessFactors, the D.I.N. Badge is a formal, recurring mechanism through which Chiefs, Directors, and Managers can recognise employees who demonstrate the campaign's values in their day-to-day responsibilities. There is no cap on the number of nominations a manager may submit. The badge is awarded by logging the action taken, the problem it resolved, and the impact it delivered making recognition specific, immediate, and visible.
The Do It Now Champion
Above the badge sits the Do It Now Champion a monthly recognition awarded to employees who go beyond their immediate responsibilities to embody the spirit of the campaign. A Champion may be someone who unblocked a critical deliverable through rapid cross-team coordination, identified and resolved an emerging issue before it escalated, or redesigned a process to remove friction and accelerate delivery. Champions are nominated by their line managers and announced across internal channels the following month.
