Daniel Tufaili is a Senior Banking Director specializing in capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic advisory across emerging and frontier markets. He currently holds the position of Senior Banking and M&A Director at Estithmar Capital where he leads the acquisition and strategic development of financial assets for the Group.
Daniel brings extensive experience in debt and equity transactions, cross-border structuring, IPOs, and complex financing mandates. He has played a leading role in landmark transactions, including the IPO of KazMunayGas, the SPO of KEGOC, and the IPO of Air Astana. He has also advised on major Eurobond issuances for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kaspi.kz, and multiple corporate placements executed in collaboration with leading global financial institutions.
His expertise encompasses debt and equity structuring, capital optimization, financial modeling, securitization frameworks, and regulatory compliance. He has played a key role in expanding financial product capabilities, launching new capital markets and banking initiatives, and structuring investment platforms designed to support banking and financial services growth.
