QA/QC Director

Ohood Nabulsi is a senior Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and strategic governance leader with over 20 years of experience across contracting, industrial, infrastructure, and development sectors in the Middle East. She currently serves as Group QAQC Director at Elegancia Contracting & Industries (Estithmar Holding), where she leads group-wide quality strategy, risk coordination, and integrated management systems across multiple countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt.

Her expertise spans QA/QC governance, ISO 9001-based Integrated Management Systems, internal and external audits, risk management, digitalized training programs, and performance monitoring through KPIs. She works closely with executive leadership to drive compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-entity organizations.

Ohood holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and an MBA, and is a Lead ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor. Her background combines technical engineering, quality governance, sustainability, and community-centric planning, reflecting a strong blend of operational rigor and strategic insight.
