As Regional Operations Director at Elegancia Services, part of Estithmar Holding, he oversees complex, multi-sector operations spanning Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Kazakhstan, and Iraq.
Amer has successfully managed large-scale facility management portfolios encompassing more than 40 high-profile projects and a workforce exceeding 8,000 personnel.
