Mr. Samer Ratrout

Cluster Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Samer Ratrout is a senior finance leader with over two decades of experience in the contracting and industrial sectors across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and international markets including the Maldives, Seychelles, Algeria, and Libya. In his current role as Cluster CFO at Estithmar Holding, he oversees the financial strategy and operations for multiple entities, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sound financial governance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ratrout has been actively involved in multiple IPO files, leading financial due diligence, structuring, and coordination with regulatory bodies and advisory firms. He has also played a pivotal role in ERP transformations, including Oracle and SAP implementations, and has successfully led IFRS compliance projects in collaboration with leading international audit firms.

Mr. Ratrout previously held senior finance roles at regional industry leaders such as Al Jaber Engineering (Qatar) and Mohammed Ali Al Swailem Group (MASCO – KSA), where he managed complex financial environments, budgeting, cash flow, and risk oversight across large-scale operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with advanced professional certifications in IFRS, budgeting, and risk management. Known for his analytical depth, structured leadership, and cross-border financial expertise, Mr. Ratrout continues to be a key contributor to financial excellence and organizational success.
