Mr. Walid Shalan is an accomplished Corporate Finance Executive. He has been a key member of Power International Holding as an Executive Director, Group Corporate Finance, Investment and Financial Planning. His strong leadership record led to improved financial performance, productivity, enhanced internal controls, and robust risk management within the group.

His experience spans for over 15 years in the GCC and the Middle East Region, he successfully led IPO, Sukuk issuance, Private placement, M&A, REIT, Reversed Acquisition, PPP mega projects, turnaround, and debt portfolio restructuring. He also possesses solid experience in the following sectors: Real Estate Development, Contracting, City Operations, Facility Management, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Banking.
