Abdallah Marzouq serves as the Cluster Senior Contracts and Commercial Director at Estithmar Holding, bringing over 25 years of expertise in contracts, commercial management, claims, and public-private partnerships (PPP/P3s).

Throughout his career with leading consulting, engineering, and construction firms, Abdallah has been instrumental in delivering large-scale, complex projects across diverse sectors. His strategic leadership has supported transformative developments in hospitality, healthcare, education, industry, sports, oil and gas, and utilities.

He holds a Master of Business Engineering (M.BE) with a specialization in International Construction Practice and Law, an MBA in General Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (BSc), earned from renowned institutions in the United States and Germany.

Abdallah has played key roles in high-profile projects such as the Doha, Dubai, and Riyadh Metro systems, the New Qatar National Museum, and landmark infrastructure initiatives across the region.

Widely recognized for his legal and technical acumen, cross-functional insight, and results-driven leadership, Abdallah continues to elevate Estithmar Holding’s project delivery standards and long-term commercial success.
